ALL BOATS RISE ENTERTAINMENT
VENUE & EVENT BOOKING SERVICES
CREATING AN ALL BOATS RISE SCENARIO FOR THE VENUE, THE ARTIST, THE AUDIENCE, & THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE…
While Bigger Beast Records started solely as a label and distributor for independent singer/songwriters, the need to create an ecosystem for the artists to grow and reach an audience via live performance eventually led the Bigger Beast team towards the development of a live music event booking entity which would coincide with a community outreach arm blending the concepts of traditional music festivals, house concerts, listening rooms, charitable fund raisers, and the desire to support local small businesses. The result was All Boats Rise Entertainment.
With the goal of creating events that help charitable causes, establish a live music infrastructure for independent artists, support small businesses, reinvigorate historic traditional music venues, and create special concert experiences for both the listeners and the performers, All Boats Rise Entertainment has partnered with multiple organizations and businesses to create music festivals, reestablish music historic venues, and create music events in non-traditional venues.

21 Songwriters (Burlington, VT)
In partnership with Family Promise of Central Connecticut, an organization dedicated to preventing family homelessness in our home state, Bigger Beast Records and All Boats Rise Entertainment proudly present the annual Shelter From The Storm Concert. This special night brings together more than a dozen singer-songwriters, each performing one of their own original songs and one from the legendary Bob Dylan catalog. The result is a moving blend of personal storytelling and timeless songwriting, all in service of a powerful cause. 100% of proceeds go directly to families in need. The event is a true collaboration—where the local songwriting community and the compassionate network of Family Promise come together under the banner of Dylan’s music. It's a night of hope, voice, and shared purpose—one that proves, again and again, that when music and mission meet, the result is far greater than the sum of its parts.
Shelter From The Storm
The Restoration Songwriter Series at Historic Lyric Hall is a unique and intimate concert experience, born from a special partnership with renowned antique restorer, John Cavaliere. For John, this historic 1912 silent film theatre is more than just a restoration project—it’s the greatest antique he’s ever brought back to life.
Nestled behind John’s own antique workshop in New Haven’s charming Westville artisan district, this 55-seat gem breathes new life, bringing history and artistry together under one roof. With its rich character and nostalgic charm, Lyric Hall is quickly becoming one of Connecticut’s premier acoustic listening rooms.
Bigger Beast Records is proud to have outfitted the venue with acoustically tailored gear, transforming it into an optimal environment for showcasing the art of songwriting. The Restoration Songwriter Series—a monthly celebration of live, acoustic performances—takes its name from both John’s meticulous craftsmanship on the space and our shared mission to breathe new life into the regional songwriting community.
Every show is an invitation to witness the magic of music in its purest form, surrounded by the whispers of history. Join us for an evening that’s as much about the stories behind the songs as the songs themselves.
Paws & Listen
At Bigger Beast Records and All Boats Rise Entertainment, we believe in ecosystems—where artists, small business owners, nonprofits, educators, and communities come together to create something greater than the sum of its parts. This spirit is alive and thriving in our partnership with Cantean Coffee & Tea in Hamden, CT. A small, woman-owned café with seating for fewer than 30 guests, Cantean was lovingly built by owner Sarah with the hands and heart of an artist. Though modest in size, the space radiates creativity and warmth. Too intimate for a traditional music venue but too inspired to ignore, we envisioned something different—a blend of the house concert intimacy of American folk tradition and the storied listening rooms of 1960s Bleecker Street. The result is Connecticut’s favorite listening experience for singer-songwriters: a twice-monthly showcase of original music presented with reverence and care. Each show is curated like a house concert, held within the full-service comfort of a café offering coffee, wine, beer, food, and desserts. Service pauses during performances to preserve a pin-drop quiet space where the artist's voice can truly be heard.
Bigger Beast Stage @ CT FOLK FEST
In a world where a divide often exists between die-hard fans of local music and casual listeners who belt out iconic hits on their morning commute, Tip of The Hat aims to bridge that gap—one unforgettable show at a time. Imagine a classic songwriter round, then stir in just a dash of The Voice or American Idol.
What you get is an intimate, powerful experience where emerging singer-songwriters not only perform their own originals but also pay tribute to the legendary artists who shaped their musical journeys. Each show features four acts, each performing a mix of their own songs and select tracks from a chosen “icon of the month.” The result? Audiences are guaranteed to recognize at least half the setlist, while being introduced to rising talent carrying the torch of those musical giants.
More than just a concert, Tip of The Hat is a gateway—a meeting place where mainstream music lovers discover new voices, and where local artists share the stage with the spirit of their heroes. It’s the bowl of fresh fruit in the middle of a long lunch table—the connection point between the indie singer/songwriter and the listener who just hasn’t heard them yet.
Presented by Bigger Beast Records & All Boats Rise Entertainment, in its first year, Tip of The Hat has already lit up two venues (Woodbury Brewing in Woodbury, CT & The MAC in Milford, CT) and paid tribute to icons like Paul Simon, Joni Mitchell, Tom Petty, Carole King, Stevie Wonder, Fleetwood Mac, Bob Marley, Pearl Jam, Dolly Parton, Bruce Springsteen, U2, Joan Baez, Billy Joel, Van Morrison, and more. Tip of The Hat Songwriter Series @ The MAC - MIlford, CT
Paws & Listen is more than a music festival—it's a heartfelt journey of empathy, creativity, and compassion. This one-of-a-kind project invites a group of songwriters to visit the Providence Animal Rescue League in Rhode Island, meet a shelter animal in need of a home, and write a song from the animal’s perspective. The goal? To give these voiceless companions a powerful voice through music—and help them find the loving homes they deserve. Each song becomes a living portrait of hope and resilience, culminating in a live music festival where the artists perform their original, animal-inspired songs in front of a passionate, animal-loving audience. Every performance is a tribute to a rescue story waiting for its happy ending. In our inaugural year, Paws & Listen struck a powerful chord. We helped 9 animals get adopted, raised over $35,000 for the Providence Animal Rescue League, and brought together a sold-out crowd of 400+ for an unforgettable night of music and mission. Now, we’re setting our sights even higher—deepening the connection between the creative arts and animal advocacy, and inspiring a community where every note can make a difference. Join us as we sing for those who can’t—and help change lives, one song and one soul at a time.
